Assistant Store Manager

About the Role
The LEGO Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our stores by leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Team of Sales Associates
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting sales and customer service goals
- Drive Sales and Customer Service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner
- Collaborate with Store Manager
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Provide input on store operations and customer service initiatives
Requirements
- Experience
- At least two years of retail management experience
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
