Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sylvestre Painchaud et associés. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Manage incoming mail and electronic correspondence
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
