Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Primary Care. As a member of our interprofessional team, you will apply best practice to provide competent, safe, and ethical care for people and their families in settings such as physician practices, homes, schools, and communities. Your dedication to delivering compassionate patient care will make a significant difference in the lives of those you serve.

About the Role
This challenging and rewarding role involves providing clinical follow-up according to the person's primary Care Plan and their personal goals of care. You will work collaboratively with the interprofessional team to develop plans of care that support people and their families in achieving optimal health. The scope of your skills will vary depending on the predictability of the outcome for a given population.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, plan, and implement personal and nursing care for people
- Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications according to pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
- Operate related equipment, including proficiency in relevant computer applications
- Demonstrate physical ability to perform the duties of the position

Qualifications
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses with one year of recent, related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant (BCCNM)
- Current, valid BC Driver's License

Estimated Salary: $64,500 - $85,200 per annum, based on experience.
