Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, ordering merchandise, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Hire and train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or service industry
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30-44 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Gas Station Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to have excellent attention to detail.
