Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mac's Convenience Store and Gas Station in Brockville, ON.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including scheduling and training
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
