Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bisoft Consulting Services Inc.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong background in technical support, with a focus on application and network services. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by resolving technical issues related to our software applications and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our software applications and network systems
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues with our software applications
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a consulting firm environment
  • Strong knowledge of Android, device drivers, and networking hardware
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

  • 35 hours of work per week

Financial Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000, depending on your level of experience.
