Job Title: Bridge Design and Project Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Design and Project Management Lead to join our team at COWI A/S. As a key member of our structures team, you will be responsible for leading bridge design and project management efforts, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead bridge design and project management efforts, including project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Oversee the work of the structures team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in bridge design and project management.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in British Columbia.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with modern bridge design codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
