About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Product Director to lead our product management team and contribute to the recruitment of talented Product Managers and Designers. As a Product Director, you'll be responsible for defining the optimal product structure, building high-performing teams, and making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multi-functional product team and contribute to the recruitment of experienced Product Managers and Designers
- Define the optimal product structure and build high-performing teams
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experiences
- Represent product management across the organization and ensure proper mentoring and training for new PMs
- Set cross-company product management processes
- Proven experience building infrastructure to scale and at scale
- History of building and coaching high-performing teams
- Product experience making product decisions based on user data
- Proven expertise in developing and refining internal processes to maximize velocity and quality
- Entrepreneurial and driven with a record of accomplishment in building and scaling intuitive products
