Director of Aiops Product

We are seeking a Director of AIOps Product to design, implement and manage leading AIOps solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the product strategy, build products from conception to production, and manage existing machine learning-based services. Passion for user experience and building self-serve products is key. Responsibilities include partnering with technology teams, identifying opportunities, conducting workshops, and translating them into a product enhancement roadmap. The Director will also drive product requirements definition, product planning, and product design, and ensure the expansion of the product line with enhanced/new capabilities and potentially into new client segments and geographic markets. Key skills include deep knowledge of AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning concepts, experience managing delivery from project scoping to conclusion, and ability to act as the product owner.
