At Purpose LP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our cash franchise team. As a Director/VP, Product, you will be responsible for developing a strategic vision and roadmap to grow our cash products in key distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a cross-functional team to drive growth and innovation in our cash products.
  2. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our cash products, leveraging customer data and market insights.
  3. Enhance and improve our cash products by gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Develop and execute improvement plans for underperforming products.
  5. Provide Purpose Unreasonable Service Plan for our clients.
  6. Work closely with the Customer Experience team to develop marketing collateral and sales support materials.
  7. Follow industry trends and new product launches to inform our strategy and new product pipeline.
  8. Train and educate internal teams on products and communicate changes to our lineup.
  9. Ensure our products meet all legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in asset management or a similar field.
  • Degree in Business, Math, or Engineering, and/or MBA.
  • CFA designation and quant background are considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent time management, strategic thinking, organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
