We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Designer to join our team at IBI Group. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for leading design development and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design development for multiple projects, working closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain high-quality design concepts, including 2D and 3D visualizations, and ensure that they align with client goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that design solutions meet technical and functional requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on high-rise residential and mixed-use projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design software.
