About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at BDC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including entrepreneurs and C-suite executives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on business growth and development
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of advisory solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice to clients
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
