Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Professional to manage our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Portion and wrap foods for serving.
  • Kitchen Operations and Maintenance
    • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Team Support and Development
    • Provide support and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate or diploma required.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Restaurant setting.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
