Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive business growth.
    • Identify and prioritize customer needs, and develop solutions to address them.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align Microsoft solutions with customer business objectives.
    • Lead customer-facing program reviews and prioritize engagements to deliver ongoing customer success.
  • Technical Relevance
    • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft solutions and technical capabilities to align them with customer needs.
    • Identify complex customer scenarios and align with technical specialists to identify relevant solutions.
    • Leverage industry and technical expertise to enable customer success.
  • Customer Success Leadership
    • Engage with customers to demonstrate alignment between customer objectives and Microsoft solutions.
    • Align Microsoft technology and services with customer goals and objectives to form a cooperative strategy.
    • Lead the strategic execution of program planning and customer-facing program reviews.
Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
  • 3+ years relevant work experience within customer industry.
  • Microsoft or competitor equivalent certification in relevant technologies.
