We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Papa John's Pizza.

Job Description

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving sales growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of your team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food quality, service standards, and store appearance meet our high expectations.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and build loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock, and minimize waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
What We Offer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
