Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Esso. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the ordering and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Manage the store's inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role
