Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our retail staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Hiring and Training: Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and manage the store's finances to ensure that we are operating within budget.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage the inventory of merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise and provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience in our store.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
