Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Hero Security. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for supervising security guards, handling emergency situations, preparing reports, and providing technical advice in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, utilizing your excellent communication skills to coordinate responses and ensure effective resolution.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, providing detailed insights into security operations and recommendations for improvement.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to security personnel, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of security guards, ensuring seamless execution of security protocols and procedures.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, streamlining operational efficiency and productivity.
Work Environment:
- This role involves working in a noisy outdoor environment, requiring adaptability and resilience in challenging conditions.
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and personal development.
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is necessary, showcasing your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
- Possession of a valid Security Guard License is mandatory, highlighting your commitment to upholding industry standards and best practices.
- Valid driver's license is also required, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of personnel and equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including efficient communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution, are essential for success in this role.
- Strong judgment, organizational abilities, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow are also critical attributes for this position.
Work Conditions:
- This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent interactions with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- The work environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and occasionally unpredictable, necessitating flexibility and adaptability.
