CWB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development leader to join our team. As an Executive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-value portfolio of large, diversified commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with product partners to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Conduct financial statement analysis and risk mitigation strategies to ensure credit underwriting excellence
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of clients, market, competition, and economic factors
  • Represent CWB with integrity and honor, upholding our brand promise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of commercial banking experience with mid-market commercial lending and adjudication
  • Strong financial statement analysis and risk mitigation skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
