About the Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing top-notch customer service and driving sales growth. Your expertise will help customers bring their projects to life, and your passion will shine through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Assess customer needs and provide informed advice on products
  • Present merchandise, highlighting features and recommending complementary items
  • Contribute to merchandising efforts, including displays, visual presentation, and labeling
  • Stay informed about new products and their technical applications
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and staying informed about promotions and flyers
  • Work in accordance with store policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety
