Bantrel Co. is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our Corporate HR team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide guidance and support on HR-related matters to our Managers, Leaders, and Staff. Your responsibilities will include partnering with leadership teams to execute human resources and talent strategies, investigating and resolving employee issues, and collaborating with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR initiatives. You will also act as a change agent to support critical business initiatives and support leaders in all elements of effective change management. Additionally, you will monitor policies and processes to ensure alignment with provincial employment standards and collaborate with the Training Coordinator in program development and implementation. To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent, and 5-7 years of Human Resources experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HR Advisory/HR Business Partner capacity. You will also need to have a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and previous experience within the Engineering and/or Construction industry. You will be results-oriented, have strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time management skills, and be able to travel within Canada based on business needs.
