**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a production-grade API leveraging the Python ecosystem, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Implement advanced agent and chatbot behaviors using prompt engineering, heuristics, metrics, and data-driven methods.
  • Design and build intuitive web-based user interfaces using the ReactJS framework, enhancing user experience.
  • Optimize deployment pipelines and enhance the quality of client deliverables, meeting high standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system outages or failures as they occur, minimizing downtime.
  • Diagnose and address complex production AI challenges, creating high-quality, real-world AI solutions.

**Requirements for Success:**

  • A systems-level approach to problem-solving, particularly in unsolved challenges within AI.

  • Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with a strong background in reliable, scalable software solutions.

  • Prior experience in a startup environment and comfort with ambiguity.
  • A vision for the future of AI-human collaboration and a desire to help shape it.

$250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
