Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a skilled Associate Advisor to join our dynamic advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our Investment Advisors, while identifying and executing opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
  • Contribute to business planning, client segmentation, and client service initiatives
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for asset consolidation, referrals, and new business growth
  • Collaborate with the advisory team to manage the client acquisition pipeline and close new opportunities
  • Execute trades and rebalance portfolios
  • Stay up-to-date on market research and provide regular updates to the advisory team
  • Support clients and the advisory team through the wealth management process
Requirements
  • Registered Representative (RR) designation with CIRO
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course
  • University degree
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps
