Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Wealth Management team at NBC. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Transaction Support: Assist in processing transactions related to investment accounts, including opening and updating client files.
  • Agenda Coordination: Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients for meetings.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements
  • Education: College diploma in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
  • Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in a related field, such as banking operations, customer service, or administration.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and priority management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
