About the Role

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a skilled Wealth Management Professional to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to deepen client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide sound advice and support to clients and the Investment Advisor
  • Identify and execute opportunities among existing clients for asset consolidation, referrals, and other growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with the advisory team to manage the client acquisition pipeline and close new opportunities
  • Execute trades and rebalance portfolios, and conduct ongoing research on markets and investments

Requirements

  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course
  • University degree
  • A self-directed individual with a growth and goals-oriented mindset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps
