Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new procurement systems and processes.
- Analyze current procurement practices and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making throughout the implementation process.
- Provide training and support to procurement team members on new systems and processes.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives and deadlines.
Post-Implementation Phase:
- Transition into a key role within the Purchasing and Warehousing Team, leveraging insights gained during the implementation phase.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Collaborate with the warehousing team to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to drive cost savings and operational excellence.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on procurement performance and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a procurement or supply chain context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong data and warehouse management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software implementation.
- Knowledge of supply chain and warehousing best practices.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work remotely at home as outlined by current Hybrid WFH protocols and policies.
