As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the deployment of a new system within our organization, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure smooth integration and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation Phase:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new procurement systems and processes.
  • Analyze current procurement practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to procurement team members.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Post-Implementation Phase:

  • Transition into a key role within the Purchasing and Warehousing Team, leveraging insights gained during the implementation phase.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and optimize inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the warehousing team to streamline operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to drive cost savings and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a procurement or supply chain context.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems and procurement software implementation.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and warehousing best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work remotely as outlined by current Hybrid WFH protocols and policies.
