Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Lean Manufacturing roadmap, driving operational excellence across our facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing roadmaps to drive industrial and financial performances
- Apply the LIFE methodology and RX Referential standards to improve productivity, quality, and standardization
- Collaborate on industrial projects to bring lean expertise and drive change on the floor
- Empower and develop local CI and production teams through training and coaching
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Over 10 years of experience in Lean manufacturing management, preferably in the medical device industry
- Strong technical skills, with a mastery of lean manufacturing concepts
- Excellent behavioral skills, including communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off, you may also be eligible for a bonus and commission plan.
