About the Job:

The Quantitative Advisor will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our continuous model monitoring framework.

In collaboration with Senior Quantitative Advisors and the team Manager, you will conduct independent model review of relevant models, assessing their conceptual soundness and performance.

You will work closely with the Risk Management Department to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance model quality and reduce risk.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct independent model review of relevant models, assessing their conceptual soundness and performance
  2. Work closely with the Risk Management Department to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance model quality and reduce risk
  3. Develop and maintain the continuous model monitoring framework, ensuring its consistency, integrity, and compliance with regulatory provisions

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's or PhD preferred) in a quantitative field such as Mathematical Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, or STEM
  • Minimum 3 years in model development, validation, or a front-office quant role; fewer years accepted with a PhD
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, C++, or similar
  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with model risk management practices and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to communicate in English is a requirement
