Job Overview:

The Avanciers team seeks a skilled Enablon consultant to join our Montreal, Quebec office. As an experienced professional in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) process improvement, you will lead the configuration of enterprise-level commercial off-the-shelf software (Enablon) to meet delivery and deployment requirements.

About the Role:

In this key position, you will assess current client business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and document potential gaps. You will facilitate discussion to solidify functional requirements in adequate detail for transition to configuration and serve as an interpreter between the technical team and the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge client's business process gaps and develop road maps for advancement in their programs
  • Configure Enablon software to meet project delivery milestones
  • IDentify, document, and delegate completion of business requirements
  • Participate in resourcing discussions to determine best fit for identified project activities
  • Regularly interact with clients, serve as primary point of contact, and resolve questions/issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from accredited institution; 3 years of progressive experience considered in lieu of education
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
  • 2-9 years of experience in EHS Enablon implementation preferred
  • Functional experience and problem-solving skills in EHS modules: Incident Management, Health and Safety Management, Environment Management, and others

About the Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 CAD annually, depending on your level of experience. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar positions in Montreal, Quebec.
