We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the governance and Patient Oriented Programs (POP) process in Canada.

Job Description:

As a Patient Governance Lead, you will be responsible for implementing the Local POP Governance Framework, ensuring timely review of programs and POP-related issues, and providing guidance and support to local associates involved in POPs.

You will also manage and oversee all Governance and POP monitoring activities at country organization, drive change management initiatives, and promote a culture of quality, governance, and patient centricity.

Requirements:
  • Significant relevant work experience (min. 8 years) in the pharmaceutical industry or public health sector, in Patient Support and/or Market Research Programs, medical affairs, drug development, quality assurance, patient safety, or compliance.
  • High learning agility, comfortable with complexity and diversity, and highly interested in continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
