Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

Raisen Pacific Wealth Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events

  • Arrange appointments and manage schedules

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports

  • Provide administrative support to the team

  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Reader
