About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jireh Trading & Marketing Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily office operations and maintain accurate records
  • Manage correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures and systems
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
