Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FOCUS LEARNING CENTER.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of office support staff.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Task Management: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours bi-weekly
