We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hero Certified Burgers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Establish effective methods to manage work schedules and ensure seamless operations;
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
  • Evaluate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators;
  • Develop and implement strategies to address customer complaints and concerns;
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare food order summaries and supervise tray assembly.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment;
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers;
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail in a physically demanding environment.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
