Job Title: Area ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our Operations Team in the Prairies. This role will be responsible for working closely with our Support Team to ensure our retail franchise bakeries are operating to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with franchise operators to analyze opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to enhance their businesses
- Lead, coach, and advise a group of franchise operators to drive operational excellence and maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with the openings of new bakeries and ensure successful implementation of marketing, product, and systems initiatives
- A high-energy, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years' experience in a franchise retail environment or multi-site retail management experience
- 5+ years' managerial experience, ideally in the food service, hospitality, or franchise industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable plans
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
