Job Title: Child Intervention Manager

Are you a leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Do you have a strong background in child intervention and a commitment to cultural safety? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Intervention Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of front-line staff
  • Ensure services delivered are aligned with the key strategies and business goals of the region
  • Champion the implementation of programs and new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the ministry and the region
  • Support the shift in mindset from child protection to healthy families by developing positive communities and promoting collaborative partnerships
  • Apply a system thinking approach to ensure culturally appropriate services are delivered to children and that they remain safe
  • Utilize your experience working with diverse communities and populations to employ a variety of diversity and inclusion strategies to initiate, support, and evaluate working relationships
