\*\)Prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods*Supervise kitchen staff and helpers*Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment*Manage kitchen operations including tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and organizationWorking Conditions and Physical Capabilities
