- Explain complex product features and functionality in a clear and concise manner.
- Drive advisor adoption of our platform and implement new products and features.
- Train new advisors on product functions and provide guidance on functional solutions.

- Must-Haves
- 5-10 years of experience in the wealth management industry, with a deep understanding of advisor experiences and industry infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous scenarios.
- Excellent people skills and a positive attitude, with a focus on building meaningful relationships with advisors.
- Ability to maintain composure and find structure in ambiguous situations.
- Proven record of high performance, with achievements such as awards or top-quartile performance.
- Nice-to-Haves
- Portfolio management and/or financial planning experience.
- Previous experience working in wealth management operations, with an understanding of complex accounts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Digital literacy.
- Database query skills (SQL preferred).
- Previous experience working with product teams.
