Job Title: Vice-President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Vice-President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer. As a key member of our Senior Executive Team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our digital transformation strategy, partnering with campus stakeholders to develop and implement frameworks for the effective management of technology, and overseeing vendor management, systems renewal, and digital learning environment integration.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in IT or a relevant field and experience as a strategic information technology leader, accountable for leading technological innovation and transformational IT strategies. They will have successfully led large-scale digital transformation projects and possess deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, vendor management, data governance, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our digital transformation strategy
  • Partner with campus stakeholders to develop and implement frameworks for the effective management of technology
  • Oversee vendor management, systems renewal, and digital learning environment integration
  • Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance the student experience and research enterprise
  • Collaborate with academic leaders to guide digital transformation and technological capabilities
