**Director of Care Opportunity**

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a skilled Care Services Director to lead our care team in Picton, ON. As a Chief Care Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage the care team to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 5+ years of experience as a Director of Care in a Long Term Care Facility.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
