The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining the currency of commercial mortgage pipelines and reports, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of loan requests, securitization pools, and loan maturities.
This position will also involve liaising with lending partners, staff within the Credit & Risk Management group, and other internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain departmental pipeline reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, leveraging tools like Cyberquery and Excel.
- Follow up with lending partners to obtain required documentation, ensuring compliance with AML guidelines and standards.
- Assist in reviewing and recommending updates to pipelines and reporting tools, including designing and formatting reports.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to input and set-up new credit risk analyses.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent working experience in business or finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in financial services, preferably in management reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and proficiency with Excel macros.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
