Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking Center Director to lead our team at Webster Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence within our banking centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales, customer service, and operational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a team of banking center staff, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as bank policies and procedures.
  • Manage branch operations, including scheduling, audits, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • 5-7 years of banking experience, with a proven track record in leadership, customer service, and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
