Director, Banking Center Manager

The Director, Banking Center Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for implementing the Webster banking center network strategy, which includes achieving sales, customer service, P&L management, operations, and colleague development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a detailed business plan to drive sales growth and customer retention.
  • Expand and retain client relationships through cross-selling and resolving client issues.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all Webster asset, liability, and partner products and services.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve superior results.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State laws as well as bank policies and procedures.
  • Schedule branch employee shifts to meet customer service needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of banking experience, with a proven track record in leadership, customer service, managerial, communication, and organization skills.
  • Intricate knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • Strong customer service skills, relationship building, organizational, computer skills, comfortable with current technology, and communication skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 to $115,000 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
