As a Regional Sales Manager - Equipment at Wajax Limited, you will have the opportunity to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth within top industry account portfolios. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leadership, management, and profitability of assigned regions through direction, coordination, and development of Outside Sales Representatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and developing the sales team to obtain profitable results
  • Managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, and streamlining processes and systems
  • Responsible for managing the sales team, developing business plans, meeting targets, and promoting the organization's presence throughout all lines of business
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals
  • Leadership level industry experience and knowledge of industry sectors an asset
