Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and up-to-date information to management.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
- Work Setting: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Physical Capabilities: The candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
