At RAENAN CONSULTANCY INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our organization to success.
Job SummaryThe General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the company, including allocating resources, establishing objectives, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word skills
- Experience in business services and finance
The General Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication skills.
