Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Bang'in Burger & Wings is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire food service staff and manage their performance, ensuring that they meet the high standards of our company.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely information to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
