Food Service Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Food and Beverage Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, establish methods to meet work schedules, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
