Retail Store Manager

At NORTH HILL SHELL GAS STATION, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet business needs.
- Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise.
- Establish work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work on site and no option to work remotely.
